Blueberry Nootropic Smart Muffins

**Momental Mind, can be added to any flour, but we prefer to make our own almond flour, and it’s so easy. Simply soak almonds in cold water overnight, then rinse and drain them. Add 3.5 cups of water per 1 cup of almonds. The better the almonds the better your almond milk and flour. Add your rinsed and drained almonds and 3.5 cups of water to a blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Then you use a nut bag (cheese cloth) to drain your almond milk and collect the remainder for flour. Separate the two.

Spread the almond mixture onto parchment paper on a baking sheet. Then bake in the oven for approx 3 hours on low (170deg). This helps to dry it out. Once it’s dry you add it to a food processor or equivalent blender with 1 scoop of Momental Mind per 1 cup of almonds you began with. It’s that easy! Now you can bake whatever you’d like, and make it the smart way.

Yield: 12 muffins

Preparation Time: 1 hour

3 cups almond flour**

2 scoops (40g) Momental MIND Nootropic Meal Replacement

1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon sea salt

3 large eggs

2 tablespoons grape seed oil

2 cups mashed ripe bananas

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line one 3-ounce 12-hole muffin pan with muffin liners.
  2. In a bowl, make a smart flour mixture. Whisk almond flour, Momental MIND Nootropic Meal Replacement, baking soda and sea salt until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together eggs and grape seed oil.
  4. Pour the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients mixture and blend evenly.
  5. Fold in mashed bananas and blueberries.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center of the muffin comes out clean and dry.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  8. Serve and enjoy nourishing your brain and body!
