Crockpot Paleo Roast Beef Stew
- 3 lbs. boneless chuck roast beef
- 3 carrots, sliced into chunks
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 large sliced sweet potatoes
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 scoop Momental Mind Nootropics
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. parsley
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Rinse the chuck roast and place in a large pan.
- Mix sea salt and ground black pepper and rub seasoning over roast on all sides.
- Place coconut oil into pan and cook over medium heat, until roast is browned two to three minutes per side. Place roast in slow cooker.

- Add mixture to the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for four to six hours.
