4 strips bacon
100g grass-fed ground beef *excellent source of protein and collagen
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
½ avocado, peeled and diced
¼ cup 1 ounce cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion leek, sliced thinly

1 ½ cups tomatoes, canned
½ white onions, peeled and chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
