2 scoops of Momental MIND – Complete Nootropic Meal Replacement
2 tbsp collagen peptides (Perfect Keto Collagen is our favorite)
1 tsp Matcha powder
1/4 cup full fat canned coconut milk
1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup of ice
1 cup of water
5 drops liquid stevia (no cal, won’t kick you out of ketosis)
INSTRUCTIONSIn a blender, combine all ingredients except the collagen.
Blend on high until mixture is smooth.
Finally, incorporate the collagen and pulse to combine.
