Pumpkin Chili, Paleo Style
- 2 cups pureed pumpkin, fresh
- 1 lb ground turkey or other paleo friendly meat
- 2 large yellow onions, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 scoop Momental Mind Nootropics
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp chili spice
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt, ground
- Using a large pot or high edged pan, saute onions and tomatoes in coconut oil until browned, about five minutes.
- Slowly add in ground turkey or other meat and break it up for easy browning. Cook over medium for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and honey and simmer, about three to five minutes.
